Wiring to the dimmer switch

How hard or easy is this... I have done the whole switch thing (wiring was easy but a pain to hide) I want a nice clean look... 12 volt red interior lights is what i am looking to install... if someone wants to tackle this for a good price then less of a headache for me...

You know I work for beer...

I know I won't have time for this until probably May though. My weekends are pretty solidly booked for the entire month of April.

What sort of lights are they? Do you know for sure whether they're dimmable? It would make a difference in what you connect them to.

The dimmer works by voltage regulation

Apparently this works for LED's but isn't optimal, as noted here:

Well hopefully you can find someone to do them sooner. If not though, drop me a note at the end of this month and we'll set up a time.
