Hey guys long time since i was here but anyways, i am just finishing up my engine swap of a 99 cavalier with the 2.4 motor and replacing it with a 2001 motor. Now the question is. the air compresser doesnt bolt up the same i dont think. Anyone have a pic of there 2001 cavalier engine so i can see how it is bolted up? I know it is so simple but i just want to make sure it is right.

Everything is exactly the same on both engines...

then i must be missing something. is there a bracket or something?

yup, the top bolts go through the ac compressor,then the tensioner bracket, then into the block. I think atleast, its been a little while lol
