I need to make that trip to pigeon Forge real quick yo... and make the reservations for the group discount and make a few more Hotel inspections, its very important!!! but I won't be back until Tomorrow Night.

The hotel manager said that as long as we have 2 months in advance we all should be okay.
We are in Feb and we have March, April and May until the 20th.
I also would like to apoligies for the Delay but it will be okay as long as its done by the end of this month.

I did more inspectons and its great!

Wanda. They have Smoking and NONE-Smoking rooms.
She knows about this year's Meet and tell her that you're with
Robert's Group for the Cavalier and Sunfire Meet May 20th.
The room price is 39.99+Tax per night. I got 6 rooms down next to each others
for you guys to make the reservations..if we need more rooms they got plenty
but we will stay next to each others rooms.
The dead line is May 17 to get the group discount and the early the better.
Remember, Pigeon Forge gets busy this time of the year so... everything goes Fast!
