I see a 95-99 yellow cav every Tuesday and Thursday around 3:40pm in between the Cary/Harrison Avenue and Aviation Parkway exits right inside of the Wake County line. I'm going west and he's going east. It has a body kit with a spoiler that I can tell. Don't know what type of body kit but it has a spoiler like the solar wing from A Plus Performance.
I've been seeing it for a long time and I'm just now asking on here to see if this person is a member or if anyone else in the area has seen it or maybe knows the owner. Let me know if anyone has. I'd like to see more of it since I only see it for 5 seconds 2 days a week. lol.

Correction, it's not a solar wing. I don't know the name of it, but it's the same spoiler that's on Doublezed's 98 vert.
