the way it works is people choose what city its going to be in, then a (or a few people) decide specifically where in the city they do it. they fork over the money for location, trophies, food, music, etc.
showing up with company stuff is cool, but that doesn't mean you lead the show (unless you lead the show from above).

We just need to clear up the main meet the winter meet has been some what finalized. It is just a matter of location. The Florida meet is what need to be voted on.
We can wait for the winter one to be voted on but we still need to get a poll going.
