So what's going on with it? Are going ahead with this or not? And if we are then I want more sponsors this year for the meet. What companies do you know that would like to pitch in and come or just pitch in to help out.

Frank is still around(maximum boost) and i dont knoww about herman, but there is a speed shop near me, when i get a chance ill see if i can see if they can help sponsor the event...

Just go there tell them who we are and how our shows are at the Race Rock. And ask if they would like to be a part of it by maybe giving some stuff away for door prizes or throw in some money for T-shirts, Awards ect. And we will put there logo on the T-shirts and awards plus put up some of there Banners. They can also come and have a booth if they like.
Also if we are for sure doing this show then we ALL need the flyes for now to start getting the word out and I will have to call and hold the date for May 6th at the Race Rock.
So are we for sure doing this? and we need the flyers now to start handing them out to everyone and any one we see that is a J.

i'm on the flyers, secure the date and i'll get them done.
like i said, i got the flyers and will hopefully be done with them next week. we want to make sure we have these flyers out there, but not to early though. i was thinking begining of march so that people do not get the flyers so far in advance that they forget about the show by the time may 6th rolls around...
just a thought..but they should be done soon.
