well here is the deal with the info i have right now im only calling in two rooms
one for the guys and one for the girls but if their are more ppl coming i need to know asap or you may need to get your own room if their is not enough room in ours
and to those who are staying in my rooms i need the money upfront or day we get their

as for time we will be getting to the hotel friday night sometime and hanging out and as for time depending on when you are coming it doesn't matter to me....saturday is pretty much beach/maybe BBQ / some crusing depending on weather and some pool action as well then at night maybe some photo shoot opertunities and whatever
so whos bringing what like game consoles, beverages and what not
