That turbo was fine when the car left Jax as far as shaft play or lack of it.

You need a tunable ECU, and you need a primary O2 sensor (which you had). I have a wideband to use, but will need a O2 bung to screw into the exhaust. Needs to be at least 18 inches from the turbo (for the wideband).

i has a spair o2 bung. and mike he welded in a bung in ur exhaust i think and put that o2 sensor on for u remember?

Also ur turbo itself seemed to be ebay you say, but their is a Turbonetics logo on that 5bolt housing so i think the "hot" side is Turbonetics...

From that pic pretty sure intake side is ebay turbo.

- Polished compressor housing w/ Turbonetics logo engraved
- Anodized gold, blue, red backplate
- Various "T " stamping on cast parts

I have the "T" and thats its

TO4E
3" inlet (some in 2.75")
2.0" outlet

I do have TO4E engraved on the turbo stamp so I dont know

I can spot those from a mile away not saying its bad but a turbo for 139.99 I wonder how long it will last.

^^ got to it b4 me jason, yea Turbonetics turbos are sexy looking and u can tell off hand that they are them.

The anti-serge is a nice + most people buy the "ebay" turbos and rebuild them. Once they are rebuilt they are find its just they are @!#$ once u get them. Yea the work for a bit but then it goes to hell after awhile.

I can ask my buddy if he still has that .50 mike. He told me 300-350 it is ebay housing i think but its rebuilt internaly and has no miles on it yet. You could buy it and turn around fix the bad one and resell easy im sure.
