Well my setup has never been pretty, but it worked!!!! Old eBay log manifold, pieced together downpipe, and pieced together intercooler piping with generic couplers. But it did fine to over 340 horsepower. I'm having the downpipe and piping professionally fitted/welded together. All v-band connectors on the turbo/exhaust/wastegate/downpipe, and i am going to do a more thorough wire tuck. I'll post a progress thread when I have more to show!

Yeah, my weekends aren't exactly free in the summer especially if I was considering CED this year. It wouldn't have an issue making a highway run.
Tune was fixed by ZZP after this discussion, ran like a raped ape for two weeks as I'd been wanting then the trans @!#$ third gear last week, did enough damage to just replace the whole transmission versus salvage it. So I just got it back with a new trans and am debating what to do now as I didn't expect to munch a tranny on the stock turbo. ZZP's 4.45 setup isn't avail to due to backorder of parts, and turbo swapped I am left to believe I'd be on borrowed time there as well.
Going to try to get him to Chicago eventually... not sure if that's any closer for you or not.
Sorry to hear Joe. I might have a built ZZP trans for sale.. We have had it sitting here for almost 9 months..

Jared doesn't have any time to finish it, plus we need to paint but I need a new roof on the barn....
New roof goes on this weekend!

Have not done one before, but just looked at a stock file... Looks just like the file in my LS4 GXP.... Not sure how much gains we could make, but I'm not afraid to take on the challenge!
