okay wanted to start a new post to see who is coming out to indy raceway park for the import truck bash on the 17,18,19. i know i'll problaby be there the entire day saturday and sunday. friday i may just come up to get registered and take some pics if i have the time. my cars still not finished yet, and has to be finished for this show. so let me know who is going so i can look for people.

i swear somehow my life is schedule directly with car show events!!!! if i get this position for assistant coach for my high school girls soccer team then i'll be busy with practices and games, but if i dont then I'll be there!!! perhaps even IN A SHOW FINALLY!!

Im in Crawfordsville, Indiana and I will definetly be there all weekend long with our Wide body Cavy.
Aaron and I will be up there driving up on Friday and leaving Sunday night
I wish more people on here lived near me in illinois. Indiana seems so together with your @!#$. Car is no where near ready for ITB but hopefully it will be next year, its gonna be there this year,but its nothing special....yet.

ever since the air was installed (which is kinda rigged) the interior dash lights and hvac lights and such have been doin this kinda flashin blinkin thing like the altenator cant keep the battery charged. i have no probs driving or starting. im gonna get it checked 2 c exactly how much the compressor is pullin... and c if there is ne thing i can do... Keep in mind i have no power options just what came standard on my 05 which is just a/c, rear defrost...i just havent had the time i need 2 get it all 2 a finished show state its just done 2 work at the moment. i also think my prob might b cuz the compressor is powered with an 8 guage amp wire ( i no like i said was done kinda quick) there might not b enough resistance with that big of wire????? but if u have ne thoughts i would love 2 hear um!! thanks!
im using a bigger wire then 8 gauge on my compressor without any issues, dont know how big a compressor your using, im using the compressor that comes in easystreet's kit for the j-bodies 8 gauge i would think would be large enough for any compressorand being bigger then needed wont hurt you either.. are you running the power straight to the battery. or are you tied into the wiring of your interior lights, if thats how yoru wired you just may be pulling to much from the stock wiring, and if thats the case a simple relay should do the trick.

my power is commin right off the battery... i just think that maybe the altenator isnt workin as good ne more... when i first got it done i was like 45 min away from home and burnt through a line with my exhaust and the only way i could get home was 2 keep fillin the bag every few seconds and the compressor ran the entire time so i think that is was really killed it but not sure....o by the way i have the viair 450 and only one!!! and as for the hotel we r stayin at i am not sure but i will b with a lot of others and not all of um r j-bodies...but ill let u no as soon as i find out!

blondie...you will def. see more J's than expected. All of the years that I have gone, I expect to see a few, but I get there and there are tons. I know of one for sure and thats mine, and Sndsgood. My car is def. nothing special, but its a work in prgress. Being broke and $3.30 a gallon doesnt help much.
