I saw her fenders in person and honestly they looked exactly like mine. Which are real Toyo fenders. I told her to pull them off and look at them since thats how you tell. So how do you know they aren't real?

Sorry I thought I saw fenders, but they never made a 02-05 Toyota, and that is not a Toyota anything on that car.
its cool trey. im still a noob when it comes to toyota stuff. lol. so i didnt know what year the car was. but thanks for clearing up the whole no 02 - 05 toyota thing, ill remember that.
I never said they weren't I was simply asking for clear pictures of them. The one pic she has so far is far away, and not all that clear on the fenders. I am NOT calling her a liar, just asking questions.

JL is just looking out for members here. if the OP has nothing to hide and is legit, then this should be a non-issue. but any time a for sale thread is made by someone who just joined it throws up some major red flags, and rightly so.
if these really are toyo fenders, then get better pics of them or pull them and take a pic of the PN on them. its that simple. if theyre legit then youll have no problem selling them.
Why would I have something to hide? They're just fenders! Why can't someone who just joined make a for sale thread? I have a car that's dead and I need to sell the parts off it to make some money to at least keep the payment current seeing as I still owe over 2000.00$ on a worthless car, and I have 3 kids to feed. I was told this site would be a good place to try and sell the parts, but it's turning out that it's not. My purpose is to sell the parts. Nothing more nothing less. That's all I want.
Well, post pics showing they are 'yota fenders, and parts will be sold, simple as that. Just the one pic you showed looked like stock chevy fenders, that is all that is in question! The toyo fenders are definately flared more than a stock fender, so a head on pic, or something close to it, would be the most helpful.
I'm selling a set of genuine Mugen fenders for the 1932-2010 Cavalier.
I'll post pics ASAP.

Yes, I'm also selling a set of the stock Z24 wheels from the 1932, they look identical to yours, slightly bigger, more spokes.
PM me if interested.

ha sweet i always wanted to restore the 1932 cavy
haha very Nice Joe...
and Ben, thank you. You handled it in a slightly more civil way, but with a whine ass who gets defensive everytime I try to say things like that, I couldn't help but lash out. ANYWAY, what Ben(tabs) and I are both trying to say is fairly clear. We never said it is WRONG for a new member to sell parts, but you are completely oblivious to how many red flags come up when a brand new member with no references from buying or selling on the internet tries to sell a fairly rare and profitable part on here. That is what I was saying with certain rules that "you shouldn't have to read" in your words.....
All we are asking, and I will repeat this and try to keep it simple and civil:
-More/better pictures of the parts. This is VERY important for us to know the condition of the parts, as well as confirming that they are, in fact, Toyota Cavalier fenders.
-Possibly part numbers on them if you can get to those easily, but at least the pictures.
-Any references.
-An asking price. "give me an offer" or "I don't know what to ask" means you want to wait until someone offers you more than you expected to get. How you sell things is to put up a starting price that you are either dead set on, or but "obo" after the starting price. This isn't a yard sale. You know what you want or expect to get out of them, so put the damn number up.\
Now I kept this post civil and to the point, if you lash out or get defensive over this, I say give up the internet all together.

Here are 2 pictures I have, There is nothing wrong with the drivers side it is unbolted. And there's a small ding in the passenger side. And I guess I'd really like to see 300 for them OBO. I have bought and sold plent on eBay and Craigslist, just not this site. If it makes you feel better you can check out my eBay joenalli1205. There you go JL have I covered everything to your satisfaction?
i cant see the pictures. can anyone else?
idk ive never even heard of snapfish. most people here use photobucket.com
I've never heard of photobucket.com. Snapfish is just another photosharing site...I can try and look into the photobucket thing though...
if you want to shut these people up and prove they are toyo fenders, take a pic from the front of the car looking dow the side of it. toyo fenders are wider than typical fenders. a picture from the front would show this.
Those don't look like Toyota fenders to me. I would need a side pic of these.
yeah, in those pics they def dont look like toyos. do like awd said and post different angles.
also, thats more than just a little ding on the PS.
and btw....not that anyone cares.....but i used to handle all of the billing for snapfish waaaay back when they first came out circa 00/01. interesting story.

I was told they are toyo fenders...I posted the other pics i have...
Sorry, the are just stockers.
But i do like the truck sitting next to it.
those look like stockers to me. the only other suggestion for the OP is to get a picture of the part numbers on the fenders. unless they come up as toyo parts, then theyre stock chevy fenders....
They are stock with side markers on it. Sorry but you where told wrong.
