Going to a local pick-n-pull. Anyone need anything hard to find?
Tuesday, August 16, 2011 9:37 PM
Like the title says. My friend turned me on to a pick and pull in Delphos, Ohio which is about 20 minutes from my house. I came upon a charcoal headliner or two, some spoilerless trunks, an 03-05 Sunfire with full interior, and a bunch of other random strange cars. They have 4 Fieros, a few 5.0 Mustangs, and stuff like that. I saw a Torinado too. Let me know if you need anything. Prices are decent. I was quoted $150 for 4 LSS wheels with decent tires. My friend was quoted like $25 a seat and like $10 for some throttle cables and stuff for his 3800 swapped Fiero.

I didnt really get to see all that was there since its overgrown in some parts.

Would like a charcoal headlight without sunroof.

Kyle needs:

2000 - 2002 Head light Brackets (though pending a PM back from another thread) (however, these would be the metal brackets that sit behind the headlights that the headlights sit in to... they are not physically connected to the headlights themselves)
Charcoal Headliner with sunroof
2000 - 2005 dash bezel
Dash Pad (i want a spare to carbon fibre)
2000 - 2005 5 speed shifter boot.

Much appreciated

I need the plastic covers that snap over the upper seat belt bracket bolts. They bolt to the inside of the B pillar and are trinagle shaped. You have to remove the bolt to take them off.

Also need airbag cover for 2003-2005 sunfire passenger side.

Charcoal on both.

I could use a eco head with cams if they have it for under 100... and a saab aluminum intake. (if they have newer stuff)
also a plastic piece that goes under the shifter on a 03 vibe/matrix (will provide pic if you want) will pay for ship

I didnt get out yesterday. I had a rough night and didnt make it up in time. Ooops. I couldnt get ahold of a truck either and Im not fitting all of these parts in the Sunfire. Haha. Im going to go out on whatever day I get off this week.

Can everyone who needs stuff PM me your number so I can just send prices that way? The guys at the yard dont really have set prices and they kinda just make the stuff up as they go. Plus Im not on the .org much as of late.

Ok so I know they have one 03-05 Sunfire with seats in it. Theyre not the usual weird triangly looking seats Im used to. The glass is busted out so idk how good they will be. The airbag is deployed but the dash isnt cracked. That same Sunfire has an intact Eco but Im 90% sure it was an auto. Thats the only Eco car I could find. Im not sure if they would want to split the block and head but I can ask. And Ill check on fender liners. I think it got smacked in the ass so the one side may not be good.

Most of the other Cavs were 00-02 so I might have luck on the consoles, bezels and dash pads,

There are no charcoal headliners with a factory sunroof. There was one but it was a janky aftermarket one. There is on without a sunroof though that I can grab.

There were no 944s that I saw. There also weren't an S-trucks that I remember. I also dont remember seeing and late model Saabs.

Im from St. Marys, Ohio for about another 3 weeks then Im moving to Cincy. The yard is called County Line Auto Wrecking. Its about a mile north of Delphos on State Route 66.

Sorry about the late response and the lack of quotes. Im lazy and this forum really needs a multi-quote feature. I think I addressed everyones needs though.

Ok guys Im going to try my best to get out this afternoon and dig for parts. So anyone who gave me their number can be expecting a text with prices. Depending on the piece, price and how well I know you I can front money for some parts but Im a little low on funds and I wont be picking up the wheels until I repay my debt to a friend. Haha.

Mike I found some of those fender liners at the yard, but started to think how would those bolt on if they were not on from the factory? Would you just screw them in?
