That could be arranged. And with Building 24 right next door, we'll have plenty of beer!

I dunno, LD9s usually dont last long in KGM. Our favorite thing to do to LD9 cars is to Eco swap them.

If someone wants to do an Eco swap with me I'm down. I'll supply the tools and lifts

We pretty much have eco swaps down to an afternoon affair lol

Perfect then Eco swap with intermediate shaft, LSD, supercharger, 15in front brakes, and rear IRS swap. We can do it all in one day.

The sad thing is that we probably could have it done in a day. Maybe 2 at the longest.

Would it be worth it for me to swap? My coolant is leaking into the slave cylinder or master cylinder so it only a matter of time... Also my clutch has about 5in of play at the top.... Any advice?

Coolant is leaking where? With motor swaps you're entering a heated debate on this forum but in my opinion, and probably most others in this thread, it's definitely worth it to eco swap.

As for the clutch, that's just how they are in these cars. Put it in 5th and floor it going up a hill. If it doesn't slip at all you're fine for now.

I'll take your word Ryan, I think the coolant is going into the slave cylinder at least that was what I was told, and as for my clutch it will go from having play to not having any at all I just think its getting old, and you know of where I can get my hands on an eco? And we can put it in when you come down, get the guys around bring some beers and make it a good time!

It probably just needs a slave cylinder and/or master cylinder. If the fluid(not coolant) is leaking somewhere other than those two places I'll refer you to this.

I'd check car-part.com for what local salvagers have ecos in stock, as well as craigslist. L61s are a dime a dozen now.

Yeah I'll need you guys to be on the lookout for me I don't really know what I'm looking for, on the car part. Com it won't show eco or not and I have to choose between 2.2 or 2.4 but if I want the 2.2 I assume I choose that?

There is a 2.4l Eco I believe. Are you searching your car? Try searching 2002-05 cavalier
