torella, from reading this thread, if anything you breached the contract because an agreement was made that you would pay. You didnt have the money. in actuality americonium can sue you because he "relied" on you to pay him. you broke the contract!

What contract? there was no written contract. And besides the tuner and antenna was not compatable with my head unit.

It like shopping through pay pal. If for some reason i cant pay in full or i find out the product is wrong, i can stop payment and he still keeps the product.

I have to agree with DJ on this one. I was not aware that he didn't have a Pioneer head unit. However, had he tried to actually pay for it, I would have seen the problem, and would have stopped the sale.
OH my god, he actually agreed. j/k

Abe, if i had the extra for the trip the next day, i would have gladly paid ya. Ask Simone, or Erik for that matter. My intention was to pay you for it, but business came up, and theres nothing i could do about it.

I have dealt with alot of others online and off, and 90% of the people would have sold me something that would not work regardless if they knew better.

Oh and as for the Name djtorello which you questioned, in another post> Djtorello is used by many many hundreds of people to piss other people off. The original Djtorello was a well reputed and refuted Hacker, who decided to become a pro dancer as per his dream. The Overly used Djtorello name is a member of in numerious sites and pages.
the name is only secondened to Prince Vegita and BOB. If i remember correctly the original Djtorello is a 40+ year old living in manhatten, as of last time ive heard about him.

Maybe i should show you what my actual name is as per citizenship. so be lucky im not a politician, unless Arnold can become president, because i was born outside the US.
Got a couple of 12" blue cathodes free from work. They're on amp enclosure from a Tahoe that was traded in. I got the whole enclosure. 2 12" blue cathodes and 4 60mm or 80mm computer fans with blue LEDs. I'm gonna put the cathodes under my seats. If anyone knows anyone with a Tahoe who would want the enclosure with the fans, let me know.

I gotta tell you though, it's wired up like it was connected to a computer, molex connectors and all. I wasn't there when they took it out, so I don't know how it was wired. I do have the 20amp fuse that was wired into it though.
Sunday = @!#$ty day to meet. Saturday is better
Re: Long Island J's - Final meet of the season

andrew, i did that already, my red ones were cathodes, waste of time, the bulbs fall out of the holders and snap in half. you can cut off the molex connectors, the inverters should take 12v dc input...

i agree, saturday is a better night, i can take sundays off. someone pick me up so i dont have to embarass myself with the slowest car there, and so i can drink
