look into your phone book it iwll say.i know were i live the welding supply company does it.but im in mass.as for installing it most garages or tuner shops should or may do it.

theres also a place on belair road just off the belstway for refills. Cant rember the price though. If you need help with the install let me know. MIght be able to help you out. The only pain is all the wires but over all not that hard.
