hey Chris it is on right side of windshiled about 3 inches from the top it says AS1 with a small line under it and question give me a shout.

Look up the law, it's on the citation on pacodes and see EXACTLY what you where in violoation and then determin if you can fight it.
I would say fight it, but it is very specific on law in PA on how they can twist them or get you on something close.
hell i got a citation for my strobe, but it wasn't for my stobes per say but the "mounting" of them.
Like i said find out the law 1st

Can you please show me what you mean by a bumper light? By your definition, i also do not have bumper lights. Maybe i'm not understanding wtf you're talking about, but i'm pretty sure Cavs never came with them either. On a Cav, up front is a corner light & on each side there are 2 side markers. On my Sunfire i have turn signals & 4 side markers. Please, show me what you are talking about so i can understand.

Actually after rethinking what i said, Cavs don't have side markers, the lights just wrap. At least i think so by what i found on google... can't say i'm an expert on Cavs by any means. I'm just curious what a bumper light is at this point since my car didn't come with them.
He has bumper lights that are part of his turn signal set up due to it bing the pre 2000 front end. So he MUST have the bumper signal lights on the front due to the severaly different size in signals. Plus the light admitance on them is not as bright due to having almost a coating on them.
If you look at 2000+ lights on cavaliers their turn signal is clear lensed, bigger and wraps around the body so you can clearly see it from the front and side.
Also the reason the lense is clear is due to the required refelctive side marker being in the actual lense. On signals like his part of the dual light admitance on the signals next to the headlights is due to it being a relector as well right on top.
