umm i never heard of n e thing around here like that,there really should be. Actually i heard of a meet but that was a couple year ago but it would be nice to get people together for something like that.
there used to be jbody meets 2 years ago, no one has really tried to get one on the go this year, shouldn't be too hard to setup, just post on nfms and try to get people out, i know most of modified jbody owners in the city, im sure i could persuade a few out

theres a front and rear bumper with the lips for sale on newfoundlandmotorsports.com id say he'll get rid of them cheap too, the car has been gone for 6 months
im one of the organizers for 2k6 at the glacier, there will be a number of shows though, ours is basically the only pure sport compact show though, btw, there will be a best j-body award in memory of tyler sturge who passed away alittle over a year ago and drove a 04 cavalier
i have no idea if tylers car will be there, so far i don't think the idea has been raised with his parents, i know they still have his car. Other shows, well, in july there will be dub-fest, probably held at cpr, there will be the bowring park show in august, hickmans will have a gm show, targa has a small show at subaru in the fall, and also id assume there will be the convention centre show in the fall (autoblitz) Also there is baywheels in bay roberts every year, not sure how many more there are
Whats up guys? I'm a fellow Jbody owner in the St. John's area. I never meet Tyler, but I think it would be really cool if his car could be there. It should be a good show. I look forward to seein' a couple of clean cavalier and/or sunfires. We get a hard enough time about putting money into a cavaliers and sunfires. I almost gave up last summer. I took all my parts off and sold a few. The plan was to use the car everyday and buy a 240. Now I've changed my mind again. This was the first winter I drove the car and the guy who owned the car first drove it one winter aswell so the car is in great shape for a 2000. I went the nitrous route and it was fun for a while. This time its boost forsure. 99fireSE, I think I know your car but as for the rest of you guys I'm not sure. So do you guys have any plans for your rides for the summer? Boost related maye??
plans? not much, going to skool in sept, but im going to go shaving , inner tails, badges and maybe side moldings, clear corner singal lights, L.E.Ds inside the car, and underbody lights, tryin to get a lip kit, and maybe a b&m short shifter. other then that not much! haha

mods for this year are getting rid of my oem gt wheels and going with 17's, kyb agx's, tein s techs, front sway bar, new paint (going back to gloss) few other odds and ends. the itch is killing me
get an alarm before the stereo, it'll be gone quick in the city without one, i have a code alarm pager, nice not to have to worry about it all the time.
