what is this piece/part from the nose area called?

Hey guys,

I picked up an '86 Z24 hatch last week. There appears to be 3 main parts for the nose- the lower flexible part that forms the air scoop, the middle part that has the bumper rub stripe and parking lamp surround, and the top for the headlight surround.

What is the middle part (pic attached and part circled) properly called?

BTW, if anyone has leads as to if one is available in mint condition, regardless of color, lemme know. Mine had an eggshell crunch/impact area on the side that you can't see in this photo.

Many thanks!
John
