compounded and waxed my '86 Z24 hatch

Gave my '86 Z24 hatch it's first detailing since I bought it in February. The downside in this is I discovered a few small rust bubbles on the bottomside of the upper door jams, beneath the drip molding, which was a big suprise- I thought that area was too high and well drained to rust- not so it seems. Oh well.

The red was starting to fade, so the compounding and waxing bought it back nicely. Shampooed the interior as well. Topped it off with a fitted car cover.

Car looks great! I will be trying something new with mine to see if I can get the shine back on it.

The last thing I will do on mine is paint.I still have to do the front supsension, and brakes all around(new parts completely) and some other misc. The paint on mine is ok top, hood trunk no shine but in good shape the sides are fine.At least sunny stays indoors all the time and covered a big plus.I just have not had the time or money to do some of the resto work.UR ride looks very damn good!!
