ok, gang..its just one thing right after another here...got home last week, and my radiator puked antifreeze all over the garage floor..appears to be a big leak at the bottom middle of the core..I located another raditor locally, but am haveing a bit of a problem trying to decide how to attack the removal and reinstall..Has anyone done this? if so, could you post some simple instructions? .. the motor is an 1.8 turbo, the car has ac...

I had to do the same thing. I ended up having mine rebuilt for about $100 back in 2003.

From what I remember it was something like:
1 - Drain Radiator
2 - Remove hoses and fan
3 - remove upper rad mount bolts
4 - tilt radiator towards engine and pull up and out

Totally simplifying here, but not a bad job. You could get a Chiltons or used shop manual for cheap on eBay.
