I used 4 coats of Krylon satin black on the metal parts and cleaned the heck out of the plastic wheel. Then cleaned it again with Armor All and let the final coat of Armor All soak in. This is a replacement wheel with my original horn cap. I was lucky enough to get a steering wheel from Orlen that was in much better shape than my original one.
