At 1:44 the Video starts showing some of the Assembly line footage. I haven't seen any such footage of a J-Body Plant up until now.
I wonder if GM dedicated separate Assembly Lines to each Make, or did they turn out everything on one or two specialized lines.
If they followed a practice of the times they might have had a dozen or more different lines, which might explain so many differences amongst our 1st Gens.
Anyways, wanted to make this separate posting for anyone who might happen along to enjoy. Perhaps if anyone else might have some Assembly line footage, this would be a useful place to post it into. Hope everyone enjoys! :-)

When you saw the guy parallel parking the Cimmaron, did you see that he bumped the car behind him? Just a little thing, but I was surprised the folks at Cadillac let that into the video...lol
I noticed it. Seems like yet another detail that should have been addressed.
