Anyone know where to source the gasket that goes between the hotside of the turbo and the neck that has the o2 sensor in it?
If you can get a GM part number from the dealer I can cross it for you. I have found on many occasions that the computer may not show a listing but if I get a number to cross I usually find it.
There is not a factory gasket at that location. It is a machined metal to metal surface. There was a gasket on later year models that could be made to work. I cleaned mine well and made sure surfaces were true and have no issues without one.
Mine had one that was removed when I had the rebuild done and has leaked since. It was especially apparent when the the coolant was buring off due to the HG leak
