door lock actuator HOW :/

Trying to replace the door lock actuator in my front drivers side door and just not getting it.

There are 3 tiny bolts attaching the actuator to the bracket. Smaller than 7mm, larger than 6mm.

I don't think I have that size.

Besides that, there isn't a good angle to actually turn a wrench or get your hand in, and the bolt closest to the inside of the door is too close to the bracket for a wrench to even turn.

As for the bracket, it looks like its riveted to to door.

I know there is some trick I'm missing.

I dont think youre missing anything. when I removed mine, I was lucky enough to not need the doors they came from, and a sawzall was used to cut them from the door, then it was still a major beeeaaach to drill out the rivets.

Hopefully someone here has a better idea for you.

Yep - drill some rivets.
