its mostly the trans that makes it so big, if you could get a shorther trans for a v8 I could see it sitting in there sideways. but why would you want to? If your going through all that work to make your J a v8 car why not go rear wheel drive while your at it, it would probobly be easier to.
It looks like the red one has more room to work on the engine than my 2.0 Turbo. Did anyone find out for sure how these were done?
