Like the title states. I just wanted to recognize Daryl Scott for the strut bar he sold me. It was shipped super quick and packed excellent.

Not yet. I am still finishing up the front end. I am waiting on a z24 front sway bar. However, I have test fit the bar and it seems good. Since this car is a V6 and came originally without a tie-bar, I needed to move the harness down off the blower motor for it to sit properly. I should post some pics of the suspension rebuild when I'm done.

Yeah, I had to move the blower motor harness, etc off the top as well. Good luck with your rebuild. I'm due for that soon. Did you order individual parts, etc from a parts store or did you get a kit from PST or somewhere?

I went with pretty much stock parts and a few minor enhancements. I stayed with rubber for the bushings as opposed to putting in poly. I replaced the following:

Front:

KYB GR-2's struts with KYB strut mounts, gabriel upper spring seats, Eiback springs, and new gm lower spring isolators.

New GM tie rod ends

New GM A-arms which included the bushings and ball-joints

New GM sway bar bushings and end links. I am waiting on the arrival of a 30 mm front Z24 sway bar to finish up the front. The car had a 24 mm bar in it.

A new GM lower tie bar, and your upper strut bar.

New brake calipers, rotors, and rubber lines.

New power streeing pump, cooling line, and pump inlet & outlet lines. I also changed the belt while I was at it.

Rear - not installed yet:

KYB GR-2 shocks and KYB mounts & Eiback springs

1987 Z24 rear sway bar (not sure of the size - matched one to the front)

New rear brakes - including drums, shoes, spring kit, wheel cylinders, and lines.

Sounds great, Tom. Looks like you'll have a nice solid car on your hands once she's done. Nothing like taking the slack out of the steering and brake systems.
