highly doubtfull, if it was any diffrent at all it would be smaller along with everything else off the 1.8 that varys from the 2.0 its all smaller cause it has less power to support, u seen the size of turbo on a 1.8? its a joke, lol

No power gain, actually a loss over the 1.8 mani.

Hey easy on the turbo in the 1.8.

It took the horsepower from 80+ to 150. It was a rocket at the time - the 84 Mustang was rated at about the same horsepower - with twice the displacement.

That being said, yes, it is not modern by any means and can be improved as shown by several members of this board.

It's a loss because... it won't fit for a start. 2.0L engines have higher intake ports.

interesting. now what about using a 2.0l mpfi non turbo intake (92-94) on a 2.0l turbo??? i know the n/a mpfi intake has a bigger throttle body.

2literturbo has posted flow numbers, and I've written about doing the swap more than once.

The manifold is basically the same. It's not red, and it doesn't say "TURBO" so it probably won't be anywhere near as powerful.
