Head switching on a cavalier

I was wondering if you can put a head from a idk say V8 chevy truck on to a 4 cylinder first gen cavalier and if so does that mean it would be able to withstand a higher turbo if the head is stronger

You can do anything with enough money, some car gods, two or three engineers, and a full out machine shop...

I really doubt you can swap a head from any other car onto the 2.0 or the 2.2 motor. I think I get your idea of using the cam on the side of the block like the valley cam on the V8, but if two of the bolt holes would line up It would probably be a miracle, let alone all the water jackets. You might as well build a head from a block of aluminium by the time you'd be done modify a V8 head.

And you do know there was a turbo production car right???
