Paul try scanning it in on your computer IF your printer can scan.Just resize it so it is bigger and post it like a pic.I have done this on my hp printer, scnr, and goes in like a picture.Works pretty good for me.I may be dated in this idea but said my pages out of manauls works solid like this and show up nice.

I might have that article in my 1st gen J car stuff I kept from back in the day. I well recall the article- they keep referring to the light and dark brown interior and exterior colors and referrirng to them as flavors of chocolate (hey- I didn't write it).

They noted the torque steer and banging left and right based on throttle- in an unusual spirit of goodwill, they seemed to enjoy the torque steer as a carnival ride.

They were impressed by the 1.8 turbo's output and noted it was the highest output / displacement on the market.
They liked the seats as reasonably supportive. Overall, they liked the package.

I found it interesting that overall it came out as positive. At that time they were bashing anything domestic.
1984 was not a good year overall, heck, the turbo Sunbird was in the same horsepower ballpark as the camaro. I guess that is part of the draw for all of us here. We have something unique

If/When I get some scanning capability I will post some of these up.

Yep, Champagne over Chocolate - Ha Ha.

I did like the subtitle "The best kept performance secret in town"

I have several other articles from later years that are not as complimentary. There is one about the convertible "Open Air Spirit Soother"

Cool links- thanks for posting!

The Pontiac TV commerical link...wow- cringeworthy marketing. But it was a long time ago.
When the author of the 'Guilty Pleasure" article finds that Firenza turbo, please let me know :-)
