Most J-Bodies are automatics and all of those come with TCC solenoids. Until I saw this video it was all very mysterious what when on inside the Converter.

I learned a great deal watching this 40 minute classroom setting, and gained a few do's and don'ts along the way. Most of our 1st Gen Automatics are now in their 30's learning how to run them cooler should help them last longer too. This video will also help you understand what is going on when your lock-up ....well....is all locked up!!
