Looking to put some 19's on my 93' Z24. I know they will fit but how much rubbing will i see? Im gonna go with a 225/35/19 tire. I know a guy alteredimage has them but cant get ahold of him. Anyone?

they will fit with a 215/35 but i dont know about the 225. its a tough fit, was gonna go 19s but i was concerned about my fiberglass fenders.

yeah, you better ask dub.... I think the 215's would be your best choice. it's gonna be a tight fit either way.

You have 18's now girlracer right? What size tire are you running and do you rub?

i have a 215/35 and haven't had any problems i wanted to go with a 225/40 but i talked to one guy and he said that his rubs every once in a while if he hits any good bumps. i'm also lowered on intrax springs and it sits pretty nice. just save yourself some money and trouble and go with 18s. 18s are about the normal now a days and tires are a lot cheaper than 19s. good luck with your choice.

the car was not lowered but those still didn't look like 19s, maybe 18s.

Well, im gonna go with 225/40/18. im only gonna lower it 1.5 or so. I decided on G-racing siegens in black 18's. Heres a photoshop of my car with them...comments?

Just out of curiosity why should i get 17's? Ive already had 17's so im really looking to go bigger. Besides..i can get 18's for 1090 shipped. The 17's are 999.

I'd say go with 19's- The bigger the Better - !!
The only problem is about is possibly rubbing....
I'm use to sitting low so i would be alright with that.....I do plan on 19's on the Cavi.........

I do have 19's on my 02 galant....Daily Driver

yeah 19s are sick, but if the z is your beater, 18s are perfect. take the money you save from getting 18s and put it into making the other car faster

Well the Z24 was my beater, but for some reason ive decided to sell the camaro. So the Z24 will recieve most of the attention now. Im gonna stick with 18's. Ive already ordered springs, new shocks and struts as well. Thx for all the info guys..and girls
