window tracks?

hey guys the track on the bottom of the window that the regulator connects to ( the plastic rail with the plastic wheel inside it) is cracked so the window comes out, then just falls into the door, has anyone ever replaced these? can I just drill it out and put a new one in with some binding posts? thanks.

I have....Easy enough to take off, but putting it back on is going to take a little work, Cost me like 20 bucks for parts....But the rivets are the hard part...And be careful with the arm if you bend it it will make your window soudn like it's going to crack when putting it up from all the way down....Shouldn't be to bad though. I was thinking of using a bolt and nut combination to hold the plastic piece instead of a rivet, but it's pretty tight....I believe you do need a compound rivet gun to install a new wheel though....

how did you remove the tracks, with a drill? or grinder? and where did you buy the new parts?
