The relay? Open up the bottom of the driver side dash, it should be clipped to the metal frame on the right side...

mine was down by the hood release, I had to replace it when I bought the car

You sure that wasn't the hazard light flasher you replaced? Those use a different flasher than the turn signals. Usually the hazard flasher is in the fusebox.

no it wasn't the hazards and i wasn't in the fusebox, the relay was also right next to the courtesy light down in the corner

i just cant get my left turn signal to flash but yet my right signal flashes. and all bulbs are good
any help is welcome

The flasher is a white relay looking box, its under the dash right above the clutch, you have to remove two plastic pieces to get to it under the dash.

had that problem once, was a short in the wiring. clipped it and sliced on a new housing from a wreckyard. works brilliantly.
