has anyone put a 2.4 into a 2nd gen cavy. i got a 94 cavalier with one of the spark plugs holes stripped out and i figure the other are on their way, so i figured i would just get a new engine and i can get a really good deal on a 2.4 i just need to know if im going to have alot on my hands or if it will be realitively easy. if you know anything about this and could help me out with info pics etc, that would be really appreciative and if you could email me at a.holtzberger@yahoo.com that would be even better

Someone put a 2.3 Quad 4 (basically the same thing as far as mounts go, both LD9s) in a 2nd gen. Search around for speedvisioncavalier, SVC, etc.

or........ you could just re-thread the holes!!!!! which takes like 5 minutes.

Its the same exact engine.
