I have a 1993 Sunbird GT with delay wiper function and they won't turn off. I went through my service manual and I either have an open in ckt 91, or the switch is bad. I'm not sure how to measure for the open because one side of the wire is under the hood and the other is inside. Also, what impedance should I be looking for if I'm able to measure? Thanks for any suggestions.
