Where can i find the ratio of an isuzu tranny (92 sunbird )?

And if different ratio exist between years?

I need to change the ratio of the 3rd gear for oval racing!

*Note: The TH440 tranny was NEVER used in the J-bodies. It can be found in the Lumina and other GM cars. This tranny could possibly be swapped into the J-bodies.


I looked but couldn't find the old post. I think the geo storms have a 4.10 FD and are swappable also the isuzu impulse. They have better internals if I remember correctly and different gearing. Also try the racing forum for future circle track as most people rarely check 2nd gen anymore. There are a few of us circle trackers on j-body
