Oil pressure sending unit.

Seems every time I buy a second gen, the oil pressure sending unit is blown. Can anyone tell me where it is on the V6 cars? A pic would be even better if someone had one.

It's right next to the oil filter. You need a super-deep socket or you'll need to take the starter off.

I can do either. Funny how being broke as @!#$ makes you a more diverse and generally useful person.

Hey....I have an 88 Z24. Are there two oil sending units? One on top of the intake for the oil pressure gage? my 88 (2.8) will run for a minute then stall...will not restart for 24 hours...new fuel pump, ingnition module, fuel pressure regulator, CPS....Any ideas?

Thanks. Brian
