Someone with Eibach Swaybars....

Anyone remember the torque spec that was listed for the rear swaybar bracket? I know stock is 52 ft/lbs, but IIRC last time I did that, they were still moving and squeaked a lot.

Did you lube the "D" shaped bushing so the bar doesn't squeak?

those are fine, just needed the new torque for the bracket bolt. The sway bar's been in the car for years, and the squeaks previously were from the bracket rotating.

Found the install manual for them..... it doesn't contain torque specs though.

I torqued it to "tight."

Paying someone to install parts and bragging about it being fast, is like watching someone bang your wife and being proud to raise their kids.

I just torqued them to the stock 52. They didn't make noise today like the last time I pulled them off.

Thanks for the manual, I could have sworn there was a new torque value, guess not.
