lol its not hard man... well, essentially anyway
drop the rear arm a bit via the two bolts hold it on. all you need is enough room to get the bushings in/out. or you can take the whole works out and have it cleaned/powdercoated etc and do it all on the bench.
either way, its easiest to drill a few holes in the bushings and take a saw and just cut it out of there. just run one cut through the steel "barrel" it was held in with and use a screwdriver/hammer to push it out. ORRR you can burn them out. i did this and it took forever and was a messy bitch.
then grease up new bushings, install, put axle back up, done. enjoy.

I know the install is easy, thought about snapping some pictures when I changed mine.
Not sure when that will though. Axle will probably get pulled and cleaned up at the same time.

Jeffie, sorry for the late pmt. I was wondering who sent me a text saying that I was added to the list... (I'm a member of 7 different forums...lol). Just now realized that it was you. Massive failboat on my part.
Payment has been sent just now from vancoenterprises@gmail.com. If it is too late, please refund back to that same account.
The org is still blocked at work, so I will try to jump on tomorrow night to see your response. For a faster relay of info, shoot a text to 719 648 8879 (and put your name in the message, if you would...I'll add you to my contacts), or send an email to metalball@gmail.com.
Again, sorry for the delayed response.
WARNING the bushings don't fit. I get off OEM bushing last week and today i wanted to install the new one but he have a problem... ID of the trailing arm are 1.750-1.755'' and the OD of the bushing have 1.888-1.915''. They don't enter even with a big chamfer and hammer press fit. All need to remachining the bushing for proper installation.

Nooooooo you need to take the metal sleeve out. I did the same thing. And ended up making new ones.

LOL, exactly. If you didn't take the sleeve out your more than likely going to cause premature wear to the bushings. Jeffie asked me to look at his final design before he put them into production. If you look a the material from the grove to the OD, its not thick. If you take more material off then your gonna either jack up the rear end, or the bushing is fail and crack and your rear end will be flopping around. Might wanna order another set if you machined them down.
