is this master cylinder set up as the rear bowl goes to the rear brakes or is it set up in a side per side configuration. I've heard both...

all fwd brake systems are set up diagonally split. if fwd are set up front and rear split; if you lost your front brakes the rear brakes couldn't hold the car during stopped, high idle conditons.
It works for rwd systems as the drive wheels are held. the front brakes are powerful enough to hold the car is the rears fail
