Vibration that is dependant on wheels speed

So I did the trans swap a few weekends ago, and everything was peachy keen. Swapped on some new wheels aswell. Got the car aligned, and wheels balanced. Now I have a vibe that gets worse as speed increases, and kinda levels out and goes away between 65-70ish. My front Wilwood rotors are due for a change, as I only changed the pads last brake job, and as far as I know the rotors have about 100k on them. They pulsate when I brake heavy. Could that be causing the vibes? I dont hear any funny noises, jsut feel the vibrations. Could it be wheel bearings? or axles?

I have a similar vibration ever since I put in a new axle. I would double check that.

Move the wheels around. I bet that the tech just sucked at life when doing the balancing, or a weight just didnt want to stick.

if it was wheel bearings, would the noise get better or worse when force was taken off the wheel? i am pretty positive it is either wheel bearing or brake related. seems to not be there when turning at left.. this is leading me to believe that it is for sure the driver side front wheel bearing or brakes.
