I hope you have struts to match...
Ground control coilovers would be a good start.
Eibach sportlines are 1.7 up front and 2.3 in the rear.... close enough? (I have a set for sale)

2 inches from just springs is a big drop... you'd probably be better off looking for a set of coilovers.

Hows it not safe

The valving inside the struts is not correct for the higher spring rates of lowering springs. They will give you a crappy/unpredictable ride and will blow out prematurely. Which has lead to people totaling their cars. Thankfully innocent drivers/bystanders havent been hurt yet(that i have heard of on this forum).

Goldline springs are another good option. Ran that 100 shot of nitrous yet?

Yeah I bought mine used and they were pretty bad. They've held up fine after applying some ospho and lots of enamel
