My interest level just went up a lot. I picked up a LG0, and well I have no good way to run power steering with the 4T40E...so I need a manual rack!

This is going to be put on hold for a while, and possibly scrapped.
Had a major issue with the rack last night. We need to pull it out to inspect. So over the next week, we should find out exactly what went wrong.
Sorry guys. Better now than when he started selling them.

Backing into my spot at home on Monday night I heard a snap and lost all steering. The wheel just moves freely. The car got towed to robs last night and we are going to investigate tonight.
I will let you guys know what we find. I'm putting power steering back in the car tonight and Rob will be did assembling this one.

We didnt even need to pull it out before we spotted the problem.
The cap came off the bottom of the rack and the lock nut had somehow backed all the way off, when this fell out, the shaft shot straight up and thatS when I lost the steering.
Rob wants to get a better look at it and take it apart to see why it did this.
