Bosch rotors are e coated like most stock ones are anymore, would only flash rust where the pad is and thats gone as soon as you apply the brake. And as far as pads got i would go with wagner.

Every J-body owner out there who is the least bit concerned about how their wheels look should at the very minimum paint their rotors and calipers with nice duplicolor metallic paint in the color of their choice.
I personally went wth a Chrysler electric blue metallic and my rotors never rust nor do my calipers .I did the same to my drums ,just be sure to sand all of the rust and clean off residual dust with acetone or thinner before applying your 2 light coats of primer and 2 light coats of color!
