Will the list in this thread influence anything at all? I mean it doesn't make sense for someone that wasn't posted in the feeler to get dibs over somebody else that was... Either way I'll be checking constantly for the GP thread
hopefully your making a few extra? i'm on the list but way at the bottom.. i don't mind waiting my turn but would like to get a pair..
The breakdown is
10 sets of 3/8 were made
and
60 sets of 1/2.
It's what I could afford to do in this batch. There is the possibility of more being done but at this time only these 70 sets are available on a first come first served basis.
Want hub spacers rear disk brackets or trailing arm bushings? Shoot me a PM.
i am ready when you are and i have the cash in hand for the 1/2 inch pair.. say the word..

If you really want I could make myself a template with the CNC machine and I could drill them at my home and charge about 50 bucks to drill a set. The template would make sure that the holes were perfect every time.

I am taking it as no one has found a place for the proper hole rotors. I emailed a company to see if they will do a custom set up. So lets see.
Leafy,
Would you do a template out of metal, so one can take it to a drill press? What options would you have?
Jeffie,
Do you have any pics of both size spacers? I have a friend that is interested in one of these.

Yup, I have a pair of junk saturn rotors at my house. I'd likely just cut a 5x100 in it and weld locating pins in the 3 intact 4x100 holes. Then I'd drill the rotors out. I'd likely run it as, you buy rotors and have them shipped to my house and send me 50 bucks and your address, and I'd get them the next weekend I went home. Or I could find the price of them at my local parts store and you could pay me up front and I'd buy them.

I would hope you dont think that 3 of the holes 4x100 line up in 5x100 pattern, Because only 1 lines up.
Exactly why I would use them to locate while I drill out the 4.5 holes.

Saturns adjust at the ebrake handle, or well at a coupling just behind the e-brand handle.

The calipers also adjust themselves for wear, so every time you apply the parking brake, the caliper is adjusting itself for wear and slack in the cable. No ebrake cable adjustment needed to run this.
50 bucks to drill 4 holes?
lmao
^^Its not just drilling 4 holes.. its like sayin $300 to just paint a bumper.. yep that is just easy.. its a service which equals labor and setting up time as well as providing experience and quality guarantee it will be done right.. Your more then welcome to drill your own, he is just offering it for those who can't don't want to risk it. I was talking to my machinist on getting some rotors and have him machine the holes being I trust his stuff to be more exact then me trying to do it.

I considered going at 100 but then it would actually be cheaper to go to your local machinist. Honestly it'll take 15 minutes tops, I charge more than that as an idiot tax for not being able to do it yourself.
