They are only for coil overs, and they are not really what "I" had in mine. I was thinking along the lines of the subaru ones.

I bet you're right, the back end is already high enough already, they probably just leveled out the front. It will be interesting to try out.

What about the Malibu with a V6? Did they do something different to handle the weight?

Mike and I have loaded Z's, which are big heavy pigs compared to most J's, so we're used to our cars sitting lower than usual.

I just saw this thread for the first time, but Vogtland makes donk springs for 3rd gen J-bodies, last time I checked. I don't know how much of a lift they give, but it would be a place to start.
