Found the info in the performance sticky.

Front Stabilizer Shaft (Sway Bar) link insulator (O side rubbers) 6270752
Front Stabilizer Shaft (Sway Bar) bolt 11516328
Front Strut Mount and Bearing 22173158
Front Stabilizer Shaft (22mm Sway Bar) FE2 Susp (Perf & Hard Susp) 22566681
Front Stabilizer Shaft (18mm Sway Bar) FE1 Susp (Soft Ride Susp) 22566683
Front Stabilizer Shaft (Sway Bar) Clamp (Center D clamps) 22587935
Front Stabilizer Shaft (Sway Bar) white insulator for FE1 susp 22594028
Stock Strut Tower Brace w/o Speed Control 22604347
Front Stabilizer Shaft (Sway Bar) red insulator (middle rubber D-bushings) for FE2 susp 22619843
Stock Strut Tower Brace w Speed Control 22642387
Front Stabilizer Link for FE1 Suspension (Soft Ride Susp) 22657717
Front Stabilizer EndLink w/rubber bushings for FE2 Suspension (Perf & Hard Susp) 22657718
Front Sway Bar Middle D-Clamps for D-Bushings 22660396

I'm currently running on the FE2 suspension. But I'm thinking about testing FE1, so I can have the 18mm front, 22mm rear neutral ride set up.
Already did the 22mm front, 25.4mm rear. Was nice but still not quite diggin it.

Main thing is gonna be that center D clamp that has to dip from the 22mm to the 18mm.
Is it a universal D?

There is an excel sheet someone made up that has the part number and prices on it.
If you're out there can you post on here or shoot me an email.

Thanks,
-M

Looks like the redline did come with fe3, can you upgrade anything from an fe2 suspension with fe3 parts.

'03-'05 Front Stabilizer Shaft(24mm Sway Bar) FE2 Susp(Perf & Hand Susp)22697262 $57.81($11.56S&H) @ http://www.gmpartsdirect.com
Still locking for the 19mm rear bar for the same years, though I'll probably go with the Addco 1"(25.4mm), to lean a little closer to nuetral.

Nah, don't want FE3/the 24mm front bar.
I drove an Eco. with that.
Was tight, but too much understeer

My Z24 has the FE2 22mm front.

I'm looking for neutral/slight over, so I gotta dip to the softer 19mm FE1and larger rear.

Basically FE3 is the mother of the suspensions, I'm not sure in what new vehicles it was used in. But back in the day some Calais, like the Internaitional and some other Quad powered cars had the FE3 setup. FE 1 & FE2 are basically downgraded versions of FE3. If you want oversteer so you can really bring the front end into a corner, you want to run a stiffer/larger front bar and a softer rear bar.
