Whats up ppl.. I'm just wondering if anyone here has both the vibrant upper and rear strut bars... If so could you tell me how they look and how your car handles with em on.. because i know a guy here thats selling them both for a 150.00 and i'm just wondering if they're decent because 150 aint all that bad for both here in canada... Thanks.

i have the front strut bar in chrome finish and it looks great under the hood and added a nice tight feel in turning...overall I recommend it.

Check Cardomain for PICS

I have both Vibrant STB's. They look good, for the most part you can't see the rear one, unless you climb in your trunk. I noticed a big difference after I put them on. You especially notice a difference if you take a corner fast. Installation is easy enough too.

I ordered the front one and was just looking to see do I need to change any of the factory hardware when I put it on?? Also is there any kind of torq specs that I will need?? I have an 04 Sunfire if that matters with the install. I can't wait till it warms up a little bit so I can put it on.

Jim's pricing is USD. That is were I got my Vibrant STB's from. I can't remember exactly what shipping was but the brokerage worked out to like $53 CDN. I think by the time I worked in shipping, brokerage and exchange it worked out to about $200 CDN.

BTW if you have the '95-'97 2.2L the Vibrant front bar won't fit. It hits the intake plenum.
Thats why I've only got the rear bar and I'm using the GM front bar.

Okay I have my stupid question time. Since my Strut bar did not come with instructions I just want to make sure of this before I do anything to put it on..I ordered my strut bar from Gravana Tuning http://www.gravanatuning.com/ and it did not come with install instructions. So my question is Can I just take the bolts out of the struts on the top in the engine bay with out having to jack the car up or worry about the struts fallinf out while I install this??

Thanks

That's correct, you do not have to jack the car up at all to install. Just remove the nuts, adjust the bar to fit, tighten the bar down, place the nuts over the strut bar, and tighten every connection.
