does the spring of a coil over (let say the ground control) is the same as a normal spring (sportline for the G/C if i go with the color) ????
different. the coilover springs have a much higher spring rate. also, the sportlines and many lowering springs have progressive rates, coilover springs have linear spring rates. but eibach does make the springs for the ground control coils. hope that helps.

caus i would just have bought a sleeve set for like an older nova or something and dropped the front end just a bit more than the rear
now i just will buy normal springs!
The springs are also very different in size. Coilover springs tend to be only slightly bigger than a soda can. The two are certainly not interchangable.
