I am looking at replacing the front rotors on my cavalier w/out going to the big brakes. T factory ones already have rust, is it possible to get a set that won't rust as bad? which brand?

You can get some of the coated power slots, but they are like 130 for a pair. Even those will rust if the coating comes off. Its cast iron. Everyone's rotor's rust.

try PowerSlot rotors - a nice slotted upgrade rotor, plated to prevent corrosion, and a direct replacement of the oem rotors. look on ebay, you'll find some there.

I have the rototech cross drilled and slotted stock sized rotors with the Ti22 pads, I have almost 40k miles of very very hard driving and harsh weather conditions here in PA. Rotors are in perfect shape and the pads still have lots of life and best of all they do not make brake dust. Its the best stock sized setup out there
